About Us

My name is Jeff Evans and I am a mortgage broker in Vancouver, BC, Canada and I am the president of New Day Financial. I have been a mortgage broker since 2007. Until recently, I focused on arranging mortgages in my home province, British Columbia.

Like many people, I've loved the idea of owning property in a warm tropical paradise. I live in the Vancouver area. This area boasts beauty and mild winters unlike most of Canada.

Yet, winters are still not warm, and real estate quite expensive here. This has led me to look elsewhere for property opportunities for myself and my clients.

I learned a lot about opportunities in other markets, both in Canada and abroad. However, foreigners struggle to get financing to buy real estate in other countries. Until now.

I'm excited that I can now arrange mortgages on properties in the United States and Mexico. For Mexico, I see a country with low property prices and great investment opportunities. I'm thrilled to now be able to help others to take advantage of this opportunity.
